Customer Service

We have customer service specialists working Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM. We are closed on the weekends and on holidays. 

If you e-mailed us over the weekend, we will respond back on Monday. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response on the weekdays. We are trying our best to respond back ASAP.

We don't recommend contacting via social media since all customer issues need to be taken care of over the phone & through e-mail.
